Previously, Charlie held multiple senior manager roles at The Hershey Company, focusing on U.S. commercial strategy and enterprise strategy, with expertise in commercial growth, multi-year strategic planning, and innovation. Charlie's experience also includes a position as Product Strategy Lead at Meta, specializing in AI ads and e-commerce strategies. Prior to these roles, Charlie was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, serving various industries and gaining experience in growth strategy, digital strategy, and procurement transformation. Charlie's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
