Cody Li

Cody Li currently serves as a Senior Software Engineer at Capital One, leading the Card Rewards team responsible for a core engine that processes over 30 million transactions daily through Spark jobs on EC2 and EMR instances. Previously, Cody held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Elation Health, where contributions included leading electronic case reporting and designing system architecture utilizing FastAPI, ECS, FHIR API specifications, DynamoDB, and Celery. Early experiences at Capital One involved working on a large-scale ETL pipeline and improving data management tools. Cody's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Duke University, where research work was conducted in both the medical and engineering fields.
