Jennifer Mullen

Jennifer Mullen has had a diverse range of work experiences. Starting in 2002, they worked as an IT Specialist, providing support and troubleshooting for various systems at Penn State University. During this time, they also served as a helpdesk supervisor and developed an internal knowledgebase for support staff.

In 2010, Jennifer joined Amazon as a Quality Assurance Engineer. Jennifer worked on a variety of projects, including the launches of Kindle First, Kindle Scout, and Kindle Cloud Reader. Jennifer collaborated on the development of the QA team's one-year plan and worked with development teams to improve test quality. Jennifer also developed utilities to enhance test capabilities.

In 2016, Jennifer returned to Penn State University as a student and worked on a system to decipher handwritten ciphertext for their capstone course group project.

In 2018, Jennifer joined Smartsheet as a Senior Software Engineer. Jennifer conducted research and developed a prototype for a new service aimed at enforcing integrity of relationships between content items. Jennifer also worked on test automation and quality process improvements, contributing to the development of an end-to-end test framework.

Most recently, in 2022, Jennifer joined Vareto as a Senior Software Engineer.

Overall, Jennifer Mullen has demonstrated expertise in software engineering, quality assurance, test automation, and IT support throughout their career.

Jennifer Mullen obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Penn State University in 2018.
