Cuong Nguyen

Cuong Nguyen is a Senior Software Engineer at Capital One since November 2022, focusing on critical applications for payments processing by designing secure and scalable backend solutions and APIs using Java, Spring Framework, and AWS. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Allstate, where Cuong developed agency portals and interactive web-based applications, and enhanced existing systems to reduce costs. Cuong also contributed to the software engineering field at Revature and served as a Teaching Assistant for a full stack web development bootcamp at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Cuong holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at Colorado Technical University.
