Prem Natarajan

Prem Natarajan, PhD, currently serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Virginia's School of Data Science and holds the position of Chief Scientist and Head of Enterprise Data and AI at Capital One. In addition, Natarajan is the Founding Executive Director of the USC Computing Forum and holds roles as Senior Vice Dean of Engineering and Executive Director of the Information Sciences Institute at the University of Southern California, both on leave. Natarajan is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Partnership on AI and previously served as Vice President of Alexa AI at Amazon. Natarajan's extensive experience includes leadership positions at Behavioral Signal Technologies and Raytheon BBN Technologies, where strategic business direction and technical innovation were key responsibilities. Natarajan's educational background includes advanced degrees from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Engineering with Distinction from COEP Technological University, along with executive training from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
