Sarah Vos

Sarah Vos serves as the Director and HR Business Partner at Capital One since November 2021, providing strategic support to various complex, geo-dispersed lines of business within Capital One’s Commercial Bank. Early career roles at Digital River involved managing compensation analysis and transitioning into a business operations specialist role. Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and Change and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and Psychology, both from the University of St. Thomas.
