Shi-Xiong Zhang

Shi-Xiong (Austin) Zhang is a seasoned expert in artificial intelligence and speech recognition, currently serving as Sr. Director of AI Foundations at Capital One. Previously, Zhang held key positions as Principal Researcher and lead of the automatic speech recognition (ASR) team at Tencent America, as well as Senior Speech Scientist and Speech Scientist at Microsoft. Zhang's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Speech Recognition from the University of Cambridge and an M.Phil. in Electronic and Information Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
