Sandi Cassidy has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Sandi most recently worked at Capital Power as a Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing Workday Enhancements & Optimizations, Expenses, and LMS module implementations. Prior to that, they were a Senior Business Analyst at the University of Alberta, where they provided analysis and recommendations for opportunities to improve the Graduate Admissions process. Sandi has also held managerial positions at Haemonetics and Upside Software, where they oversaw teams and managed software support for customers in the Plasma industry. Sandi has extensive experience in project management, business analysis, and solution architecture. Additionally, Sandi has worked as a Project Manager and Implementation Specialist at Upside Software, and as the President of Cyberlutions Inc.

Sandi Cassidy pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science at the University of Alberta. As for additional certifications, they obtained a Scrum Master Certification: Scrum Methodologies from Coursera in January 2023, in addition to completing Introduction to Scrum Master Training from Coursera in the same month and year. Sandi also acquired a certification in Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in December 2022. Prior to that, they completed a course on Continuous Delivery & DevOps from Coursera - University of Virginia in July 2021. In February 2020, Sandi enhanced their teamwork skills by completing a course on Communicating Effectively in Groups from Coursera. Sandi also obtained certifications in Text Mining and Analytics from Coursera in December 2017 and Text Retrieval and Search Engines from Coursera in November 2017. Lastly, Sandi acquired a certification in Data Visualization from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in July 2017.
