Andrea Minarchi

Andrea Minarchi has a range of work experience in the energy industry. Andrea worked at Capital Power Corporation from 2008, starting as a Chemical Engineer, EIT, where they conducted a study on the development of a gasification facility. Andrea then transitioned to a role as a Senior Regulatory Advisor and later became the Project Controls Manager. In these roles, they provided support to various departments and managers.

Prior to their time at Capital Power, Andrea worked at EPCOR starting in 2005. Andrea began as an Energy Management EIT, where they managed energy generation and acted as the main interface between EPCOR and the Alberta Electric System Operator. Andrea then became an Environmental Analyst, conducting due diligence, monitoring emissions, and ensuring compliance with environmental standards.

Andrea Minarchi attended the University of Alberta from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
