Sherry Prokopuk

Sherry Prokopuk has extensive work experience in the financial services and ERP solutions fields. Sherry began their career at TELUS as a Financial Analyst in 1998 and worked there until 2006. In 2006, Sherry joined EPCOR as a Manager of Treasury Operations until 2009. Sherry then moved on to Capital Power, where they held various management roles including Manager of Treasury Operations from 2006 to 2011, Senior Advisor of ERP Solutions from 2011 to 2018, Manager of ERP Business Solutions from 2018 to 2019, and currently serves as the Manager of Financial Services since November 2019.

Sherry Prokopuk began their education in 1993 at the University of Alberta, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a specialization in Accounting. Sherry completed their undergraduate studies in 1998.

Additionally, Sherry obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In 2000, they became a Chartered Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant through CPA Alberta. In 2003, they completed the Canadian Securities Course offered by the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI). Later, in 2005, Sherry obtained a Residential Interior Design Certificate from the University of Alberta.
