Khathutshelo M. has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as a Collateral Care Officer and previously as an Account Maintenance Officer at Capitec since January 2019. Prior to that, Khathutshelo worked at Mercantile Bank South Africa in a similar capacity from February 2016 to December 2018. Responsibilities in both roles included customer profile updates, documentation management, card replacements, internet banking cancellations, data capturing, and basic call center support. Khathutshelo earned a Diploma in Accountancy from the University of Johannesburg and a Certificate in Management Development from Milpark School of Financial Services. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Auditing at the University of South Africa, expected to complete in July 2026.
