Hala Abdallah

Hala Abdallah is currently serving as the Outside Sales Manager at Capitol Scientific since July 2024, following a role as Sales Representative at VWR, part of Avantor, from September 2022 to July 2024. Previous experience includes working in research and management at Baylor College of Medicine in the Department of Neuroscience from August 2021 to October 2022, and serving as an Educator at KIPP SoCal Public Schools from July 2019 to July 2020. Hala also worked as a Policy Fellow for the Los Angeles Unified School District Board Member Nick Melvoin in June 2019 and as a Corps Member with Teach For America from June 2017 to July 2019, focusing on educational equity. Earlier experience includes a Secondary English Teacher position at Miami-Dade County Public Schools, a Public Engagement Intern at the Institute for Local Government, and a Sales Specialist at MAC Cosmetics. Hala Abdallah holds a degree in Political Science from the University of California, Davis, and has completed additional studies at Columbia University.
