Jacqueline Mills has extensive work experience in various roles within the insurance and financial sectors. Jacqueline currently holds the position of Chief Experience Officer at Capricorn Society, where they oversee the overall customer experience. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Marketing at Capricorn Society and was responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies.

Before joining Capricorn Society, Jacqueline was the Head of Sales and Relationship Management for QBE Insurance. In this role, they led a team of 12 sales and relationship managers and successfully achieved profitable growth targets. Jacqueline also served as the most senior point of contact for broker partners in the WA/SA/NT region.

In 2019, Jacqueline worked at HBF Health as the Transformation Lead for Product Proposition Management. Jacqueline played a crucial role in implementing transformation initiatives to enhance the company's product proposition.

From 2015 to 2017, Jacqueline held the position of Head of Commercial and Enterprise Services at WFI, a subsidiary of IAG. Jacqueline was responsible for establishing the strategic direction of the Agribusiness segment and overseeing various aspects of the business, including marketing strategy, business development, and risk management.

Prior to their role at WFI, Jacqueline worked at CSBP as a Senior Marketing Analyst and at SGIO as a Senior Marketing Coordinator. Jacqueline gained valuable experience in market analysis and coordination during these roles.

Jacqueline has a strong background in marketing and customer experience and has consistently delivered positive results for the organizations they have worked for.

Jacqueline Mills obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Statistics from the University of Reading, which they completed from 1990 to 1994. In 2000, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The University of Western Australia, which they completed in 2003. In 2005 to 2006, they obtained a Certificate IV in Financial Services with a focus on General Insurance from ANZIIF. In 2010, they completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

In addition to their formal education, Jacqueline Mills has also obtained several certifications including Agile Project Management Principles, Stay Competitive Using Design Thinking, and Managing Change from LinkedIn, which were obtained in September 2018, August 2018, and May 2018 respectively.
