Abby Melagrano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2022, Abby joined CapShift as a Community and Partnerships Associate. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Intern at the same company. From 2015 to 2021, Abby held various positions at Camp Jewell YMCA, including Program Instructor, Coordinator on Leadership Team, Teen Leadership Counselor, and Camp Counselor. In 2020, they worked as a Program & Events Co-op at The Social Innovation Forum, and in 2019, they were a Consultant Intern at Ashoka. Abby Melagrano completed their education, earning a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs with minors in Arabic, History, and Global Social Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University. Their field of study was focused on International Relations and Affairs.

In addition to their degree, Abby received additional certification in Tableau Essential Training (2020.1) from LinkedIn in March 2021.

Throughout their academic journey, Abby also attended various institutions for short-term programs. In 2020, they participated in a program at TSIBA, focusing on Social Entrepreneurship and Micro-Enterprise Consulting.
