Adam Sills

Adam Sills has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Adam currently serves as the President and CEO of CapSpecialty since September 2022. Prior to this role, they held various positions within CapSpecialty, including Head of Specialty Underwriting from September 2019 to October 2022, Head of Professional Liability & Small Commercial P&C from March 2017 to September 2019, Head of Contract P&C Binding and Professional Liability from June 2015 to March 2017, and Head of Professional Liability from October 2013 to July 2015.

Before joining CapSpecialty, Adam worked at Allied World from 2007 to 2013. Their roles at Allied World included Vice President, Errors and Omissions from an unspecified start date to September 2013, AVP, Technology and Network Risk Liability from an unspecified start date to 2011, and Senior Underwriter, Technology and Network Risk Liability in 2007-2008.
