David Chen

David Chen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. David most recently served as the Director of Strategy & Business Development at Caption Health, where they were responsible for GTM and product strategy, business development and partnerships, deployment operations, strategic finance, and the practice/test patient model. Caption Health, a company acquired by GE Healthcare in 2023, focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence and ultrasound for early disease detection. Prior to this, David worked as a Strategy Manager at Caption Health and as a Consultant at The Chartis Group. David also gained experience as a Health Policy and Strategy Fellow at 17a and as a Policy Fellow at the State of Connecticut - Office of the Governor. David started their career as a Consulting Associate at Charles River Associates, where they worked for four years. Overall, David Chen has demonstrated their expertise in strategy, business development, healthcare, and policy, showcasing their ability to contribute effectively in various roles and industries.

David Chen began their education at Guilford High School, where they completed their high school studies from 2006 to 2010. David then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics at Middlebury College from 2010 to 2014. After completing their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at the Yale School of Public Health and the Yale School of Management in 2018. David obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from these institutions respectively, concluding their formal education in 2020.
