Matthew Williams

Matthew Williams has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and technology leadership. Matthew is currently the VP of Engineering at Caption Health, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Engineering at VPL from December 2020 to July 2021. In 2020, they held two different roles, including Chief Technology Officer at Health Catalyst's Healthfinch division from March to December, and Chief Technology Officer at healthfinch from March to August. Before that, they were the VP of Engineering at Loop Returns from August 2019 to March 2020. Their experience also includes serving as the Director of Engineering, Provider at CoverMyMeds from March 2017 to August 2019, and as an Independent Consultant at RITE AID's HealthSpot division from July 2016 to March 2017. From December 2012 to July 2016, they held the position of Vice President, Engineering at HealthSpot. Earlier in their career, they worked as the .NET Practice Lead at Information Control Corporation from May 2011 to January 2013, and as a Software Development Manager at Sophos from December 1999 to May 2011.

Matthew Williams obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 1990 to 1997. In July 2011, they also obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from ScrumAlliance.
