The Role:
Programmatic Strategist, Advertising Sales
The Programmatic Strategist role is an excellent opportunity for an already established individual who desires to work in the fast paced, high growth world of digital out of home. Reporting to the CRO, the primary responsibility of this role is to help grow programmatic revenue across Captivate’s network by collaborating extensively between the company’s internal sales team and programmatic investment units of our agency partners. In this position, you will act as a programmatic subject matter expert and will participate in internal sales trainings, client calls, and sales pitches to facilitate Captivate’s programmatic capabilities, processes, and procedures. What You’ll Do:
What You Bring:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant programmatic advertising experience at either a publisher, an agency trading desk or DSP preferred
Strong ability to work independently with little supervision but can pivot to be an effective collaborator in team settings
A desire to establish relationships with internal team and external partners
Superior communication skills, including presenting in a group setting along with excellent written and oral skills
A solutions-oriented individual that enjoys a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented, highly organized, and communicative working style
Well-versed in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel to provide qualitative and quantitative data-driven solutions
A relevant bachelor’s degree

At Captivate, we have a strong office culture and work in-person Tuesdays to Thursdays, with the option to work remote on Mondays and Fridays
