Britt Fernández Lorenzen

Britt Fernández Lorenzen has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Britt started their career at Promoters as a part-time Promoter and eventually became a Team-leader on the Oreo Summer tour. Britt then joined Vacasol A/S as a part-time Customer Service Agent and Translator for a start-up campaign. In 2010, they also worked as a Sales Assistant at SPORTMASTER. In 2013, they joined Falcon.io as an Employee Success Specialist and eventually transitioned into an Employee Success Partner role, focusing on employee retention. Britt then moved to GAN Integrity, where they held roles as a Senior Talent Attraction and HR Manager, as well as a Talent Attraction and HR Manager, responsible for growing teams in New York and Copenhagen. Most recently, they worked at Capture One as the Director of People Operations, where they provided photographers with tools for collaborative and high-quality photography. Additionally, they served as an Advisory Board Member at Knowie - Skaber liv på kontoret!

Britt Fernández Lorenzen completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Intercultural Market Studies from Copenhagen Business School from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Business Communication from the same institution between 2009 and 2012. During their undergraduate studies, they participated in an exchange semester at Al Akhawayn University in 2011, focusing on Bachelor Electives. In addition to their formal education, Britt Fernández Lorenzen obtained certifications such as Insights Discovery Client Practitioner from Insights in 2021, Elevate Virtual participant - 4 SHRM credits (not claimed) from SHRM in 2017, and Rollen som sparringspartner from DI - Dansk Industri in 2016.
