Steve Tellwright

Steve joined Capula as HR Director in 2015 following his involvement in the delivery of a reorganisation project within the business. Before pursuing a career in HR, Steve initially held technical management roles after studying materials engineering at Loughborough University.

A Chartered Fellow of CIPD, Steve has experience of leading large business change projects and has a broad operational background in the automotive aftermarket and service sector businesses.

Steve leads Capula's people strategy, driving action plans that deliver the right skills to deliver exceptional service to customers. This is underpinned by his passion for supporting future engineers in shaping their careers.

Steve is also responsible for QESH and Safety, ensuring that we remain a socially and environmentally responsible employer and that people get home safe every day.
