Meghan H.

Meghan H. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Meghan is currently a Founding Member at seed stage, a community for early-career women in tech and startups. Prior to this role, Meghan worked as a Campus Engagement Lead at Caraway, a digital healthcare company for college women+. Meghan was also a Founding Member of the Student Health Advisory Board at Caraway.

Meghan has also worked as a Program Advisor at The Center for Global Enterprise, where they supported women entrepreneurs through a learning program and developed new program features. Meghan has experience in organizational development and talent management as a Managing Partner - Chief People Officer at Lafayette Consulting Group. Meghan also served as an Advisory Board Member and a Partner - Head of Member Development at the same company. Before this, they worked briefly as a Director of Member Development.

During their time at Lafayette College, Meghan held various roles including a Student Associate on the Board of Trustees, Co-Chair of the Senior Class Gift Committee, Innovation Fellow, Resident Advisor, Leadership Fellow, and Leadership Intern. Meghan was involved in student governance, fundraising initiatives, alumni engagement, and leadership development programs.

Meghan has also worked as a Consultant at The Wharton School and a Founding Mentor at GradGab. Meghan was a Lead Ambassador at Lafayette College for College Scoops, where they assisted in creating promotional videos and served as a resource for prospective students. Additionally, Meghan held various interim and intern roles at Kindbody, a healthcare startup.

Meghan also participated in the Girls Who Code Summer Immersion Program at Moody's Corporation.

Meghan H. attended Notre Dame School of Manhattan from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained their High School Degree. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree at Lafayette College from 2018 to 2022. At Lafayette College, Meghan studied Mathematics and Policy Studies with a specific focus on Strategy Analysis & Innovation. In addition to their degree, Meghan also completed certifications in Applied Data Analytics - Tableau Specialist and Applied Data Analytics - Excel Specialist at Lafayette College in 2021 and 2020, respectively. Furthermore, Meghan obtained additional certifications in "Deep Work: Rules for Focused Success in a Distracted World (Blinkist Summary)" from LinkedIn in April 2020 and "Training the Street: Finance Immersion Seminar" from Training The Street in April 2020.
