Lana Shafe

Lana Shafe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management within the refining and petrochemical industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Carbon Clean since January 2022, Lana previously held a Project Manager role at UOP from June 2005 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing customer interactions, overseeing project delivery, and resolving contractual and technical issues for projects valued up to £7MM. With a background that also encompasses roles as a Senior Equipment Engineer and Mechanical Design Engineer at UOP, Lana has demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale equipment orders, ensuring compliance with technical requisitions, and leading multidisciplinary teams. Lana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
