Ritu Jain

Ritu Jain is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior VP of People at Carbon Clean since May 2023, Ritu previously held the position of People Director at Zeelo for a short period in 2022. At OVO, from January 2020 to January 2022, Ritu functioned as Human Resources Director, leading the People Partnering team and executing the People Strategy alongside the Chief People Officer. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at HSBC, where Ritu oversaw global HR for Group Transformation, and Head of Human Resources at State Street, managing regional HR teams and leading HR projects. Ritu's earlier career includes key HR positions at McGraw-Hill, Credit Suisse, and Marks and Spencer, showcasing a robust track record in HR strategy, transformation, and organizational development.
