Ben Palone

Ben Palone is a Senior Product Manager at Carbon Robotics. Ben previously worked as a Sr. Technical Product & Project Manager at FarmWise, helping growers combat the labor crisis using AI & Machine Learning Technologies. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineering, Manufacturing & Program Development at Stout AgTech, where they helped design and manufacture machinery that uses cutting edge technology to combat the labor crisis in the agriculture industry. Ben has also worked as a Mechanical Engineer in the Automation & Innovation Group at Tanimura & Antle and as an Engineering Project Manager at Phoenix Deventures Inc. In addition to their work in the private sector, Ben has also served as a Lab Instructor for the Product Development (ME 95) Course & Student projects supervisor at California State University, Fresno.

Ben Palone has a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Fresno. Ben also has a Mechanical Engineering Track from Monterey Peninsula College and Hartnell College. Ben is certified in structural welding from Hartnell College.
