Mridul Nathani

Mridul Nathani has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2017, they worked as a Business Operations Coordinator at Aptech, where they developed software, fixed support escalation issues, and optimized on-call rotations and processes. From 2018 to 2019, Mridul worked at Compusys e Solutions Pvt. Ltd., initially as a Business Development Manager, responsible for account development, cold calling, and assessing client needs. Later, they transitioned to a Content Management Specialist role, where they focused on content writing and SEO strategies.

In 2019, Mridul began working as a Freelance Digital Marketing Consultant & Strategist, providing comprehensive digital marketing services to various clients. Mridul developed and implemented organic and paid approaches for sales, lead generation, and engagement, achieving a 300% increase in ROI rates through new SEO and SEM strategies.

From 2021 to 2023, Mridul joined ABSYZ Inc, starting as a Software Engineer, where they maintained CRM functionality and translated customer requirements into use cases and live projects. Mridul then progressed to the role of Senior Software Engineer. Finally, in 2023, Mridul joined Carbon as a Salesforce Administrator.

Mridul Nathani completed their education in a chronological order. They obtained their Bachelor of Computer Applications degree in Computer Science from the University of Rajasthan from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their 12th grade in Commerce with Computer Science from Maheshwari Public School, Jaipur from 2008 to 2017. Currently, Mridul is pursuing a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in the field of Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services at Vellore Institute of Technology, starting from 2020 and expected to graduate in 2022.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Mridul Nathani has also obtained certifications in Salesforce. They are certified as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) and a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, both obtained in March 2023.
