Jorge Rodriguez

Jorge Rodriguez has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Jorge'smost recent position is as Supply Chain Director at CarbonBuilt, starting in January 2022. Jorge also has experience as the Founder and Managing Partner of OCNC since 2009. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Boston Sand and Gravel in 2014. From 2006 to 2014, Rodriguez held roles at Oldcastle, including SDM/Strategic Pricing and Process Improvement Manager, as well as VP Operations & Development. Before that, they worked at LafargeHolcim as the Director of Slag Cement for North America and Assistant to the President/Ready Mix Performance Controller. Rodriguez began their career at Booz & Company as an Associate and later founded Cumbre Consulting. Jorge also worked at IBM as a Cost Engineer and Financial Analyst, and later as a Finance System Analyst.

Jorge Rodriguez completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto between the years 1989 and 1993. Jorge then pursued their MBA in Finance/Strategy at Yale University from 1999 to 2001.
