David Jornod

David Jornod has worked in various financial roles since 2000. David started their career at Goldman Sachs as an Analyst in 2000. In 2002, they moved to Credit Suisse as a Controller. In 2004, they joined AIG Private Bank as a Senior Financial Accountant, AVP. In 2007, they moved to EFG Financial Products as Head of Finance. In 2011, they joined Goldman Sachs Bank AG as Head Finance/Controllers, Executive Director. In 2014, they became Group CFO of a global asset manager in the Gulf at The Family Office. In 2015, they moved to FLYNT Bank AG as Chief Financial Officer. In 2018, they joined Banco itau SA as Head Of Finance, where they were responsible for Financial Accounting, Regulatory reporting and Financial Planning & Analysis. David also led the Banking system change in Zurich and Miami and was the project lead on successful general ledger change and ERP implementation in Zurich. In 2022, they joined Cardano Foundation as Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance.

David Jornod attended the University of Zurich from 1994 to 2000, where they obtained a lic. oec. publ. in National economics.
