Jan Juillerat

Jan Juillerat joined the Council of Cardiff University in 2016 and was appointed as Vice Chair of Council on 1 August 2019. She is Chair of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Policy and Resources Committee, and Governance Committee.

Jan has worked extensively in education and research in the UK, most recently as an Executive Director in UKRI. Jan is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a qualified Organisation Development practitioner and Executive Coach. She currently works as an independent HR and OD Consultant and Executive Coach and is an active Fellow of the RSA.
