Maribel Delfaus

Maribel Delfaus currently serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Cardinal Health, having progressed through various leadership roles since joining the company in June 2010. In this capacity, Maribel oversees the Human Resources functions for the Nuclear & Precision Health Solutions Business Unit, which encompasses over 3,400 employees across more than 160 locations in the United States. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President & Regional Manager for AIG, managing HR operations in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, and positions at Procter & Gamble, where Maribel held responsibilities ranging from Group Human Resources Manager to Logistics Department Manager. Maribel holds a Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering and two Bachelor's degrees—one in Nuclear Engineering and another in Humanities (Theater Arts)—all from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
