Reza Foroughi

Reza Foroughi has a long and varied work experience. Reza began their career in 1995 as a Research Assistant for both First Medical Inc. and Biometric Imaging. In 1999, they joined Sepracor Pharmaceuticals as a Principle Associate Scientist, Senior Associate Scientist, and Senior Associate Scientist. In 2008, they became a Scientist at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (formerly Sepracor). In 2013, they took on the role of Technical Operations Manager at MAP Pharmaceuticals and Validation Consultant at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. In 2014, they became an Associate Director, Lead Scientist, and Senior Scientist II, Pharmaceutical Development at ArQule. In 2020, they were appointed as a Director at Black Diamond Therapeutics. Most recently, in 2021, they became Director at Cardurion Pharmaceuticals.

Reza Foroughi obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Applied Chemistry from the University of Wales, Cardiff between 1989 and 1992. Reza then went on to earn a Master of Science (M.S.) in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of San Francisco between 1992 and 1995.
