Peggy Liu

Peggy Liu is a Full Stack Engineer at care.coach since 2021. Prior to that, they were a Production Engineer at Supermicro from 2016 to 2021, where they maintained the Blade server production line with >95% on-time delivery, enhanced product efficiency by 20%, and dropped defect rate by cooperating with different departments and optimizing production plans. Peggy also controlled Engineering Change Order (ECO) number under 350, which dropped from over 2,000 by developing statistical formula and tracking excel sheets. Additionally, they consistently collected, analyzed, and delivered company-wide monthly efficiency report to senior leadership. Before Supermicro, they were an Industrial Engineer Intern at BenQ Corporation from 2013 to 2016, where they assisted in establishing SOP and maintained related quality records for a new product, provided solutions for two process improvement projects on safety issues, and assisted in factory layout.

Peggy Liu has an education history that includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Business Management from Chang Gung University between 2010 and 2014, a Master's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Auburn University between 2014 and 2015, and a coding course from Coding Dojo between 2019 and 2020. Peggy also has four certifications from Coursera in Using Databases with Python, Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python), Python Data Structures, and Using Python to Access Web Data, which were obtained in April and May of 2019.
