Jean Ball

Jean Ball, PT, MEd, CPHQ, joined Care Dimensions in 2016 as the vice president of quality and compliance. In this role, she oversees efforts in clinical quality, customer satisfaction, performance improvement, staff education, compliance and medical records.

Ball has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare focusing on team-based care, health care quality, improvement science, compliance risk assessment, survey readiness and improving the patient experience. She most recently was the chief compliance officer and director of patient experience at North Shore Medical Center.

Ball is a certified professional in healthcare quality (CPHQ) and licensed as a physical therapist. She earned her bachelor's degree in physical therapy from Simmons College and a master's degree in organizational management from Endicott College.
