Elly Kaganzi has a diverse background in providing technical assistance and expertise in economic development, market systems, and agriculture. With experience in various organizations like CARE, CHF International, SIDA, and CIAT, Elly has worked in countries such as Malawi, Tanzania, Ghana, Rwanda, and Uganda, focusing on linking smallholder farmers to higher income opportunities. With a master's degree in Social Sector Planning and Management from Makerere University, Elly has built capacity, developed strategies, and provided valuable input to global portfolios, emphasizing the importance of food and nutrition security interventions, particularly for poor women.
