Thea Kayne

Thea Kayne is currently the Director of Strategic Recruitment at CARE since November 2021. Thea also holds the position of Principal at Kayne Consulting, specializing in international development HR consulting. With a background in various HR-related roles at organizations such as ThinkWell and Results for Development, Thea has extensive experience in executive search, organizational development, and HR restructuring initiatives. Thea graduated cum laude with a BA in Anthropology & Latin American Studies from Boston University, and holds both an MS in Community & Regional Planning and an MA in Latin American Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
