Dr. Marilyn Tom

Dr. Marilyn Tom is currently the Director of Programs & Operations at CARE. Dr. Marilyn has held various managerial and leadership positions in organizations such as Asian Americans Advancing Justice, TD, Capital One, Johnson & Johnson, Rogers Communications, and Percepta. With a strong background in process improvement and project management, Dr. Tom has a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Georgia State University, along with an MBA from both Georgia State University and the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. Dr. Marilyn also holds a Master's Certificate in Global Partners Program from COPPEAD UFRJ and has a Honours B.Sc. in Mathematical Sciences (Computers) & Neuroscience from the University of Toronto.
