Joanne Zurcher has a diverse and extensive work experience in government relations and legislative affairs. Joanne is currently serving as the Vice President of Government Relations at Career Education Colleges and Universities. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Director of Government Relations at the Amputee Coalition. Joanne also served as the Director of Government Affairs at the National Environmental Health Association.

Joanne has also worked in various roles with different organizations, including serving as the President of Zurcher and Associates, LLC, a Vice President at Dutko Grayling, and a Public Health Analyst/Program Coordinator at the Health Resources and Services Administration. Joanne'sexperience also includes working as the Acting Director/Legislative Analyst at the US Department of Health and Human Services Health Resources and Services Administration.

Earlier in their career, Joanne worked as the Director of Legislative Affairs at Americans for UNFPA and as a Legislative Counsel for Congresswoman McCarthy. Joanne also served as a Senior Legislative Assistant for Congressman Robert E. Andrews. Throughout their career, Joanne has demonstrated their expertise in creating and implementing legislative strategies, securing funding, and managing government programs.

Joanne Zurcher completed their high school education at Our Lady of Mercy Academy from 1985 to 1989. Joanne then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communications at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, graduating in 1993. Later, they attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a Master's in Public Administration with a focus on International Relations and Healthcare.
