Nikki Demaio

Nikki Demaio has over 7 years of experience in Human Resources. Nikki started their career as a Leadership, Learning & Talent Coordinator at Barclays, where they were responsible for coordinating training and development programs. Nikki then transitioned to Prudential Financial, where they served as a Human Resources Analyst. In this role, Nikki provided analysis on workforce data, including hiring trends, retention rates, and headcount projections. Nikki also supported the internal human resources team as part of the "HR for HR" company efforts. In April 2015, Nikki joined Mercer as a Workforce Planning Analyst / Human Resources Generalist. In this role, Nikki completed day to day generalist tasks, such as employee relations investigations, compensation recommendations, and data integrity maintenance. Nikki also analyzed data and prepared monthly decks for senior leadership in North America to provide a present-state view of the organization and highlight internal labor movement with a focus on attrition and retention at senior levels. Nikki is currently an Operations Manager at Careerlist.

Nikki Demaio has a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College. Nikki also has a Certificate of Completion in Digital Marketing from General Assembly, and an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University ILR School. Nikki Demaio's undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Women's Studies from Muhlenberg College.
