Atheia Gillespie

Atheia Gillespie is an experienced professional with a strong background in youth services and legal assistance. Currently serving as Program Manager for Youth Services at CareerSource Northeast Florida since March 2013, Atheia provides guidance and oversight for youth workforce development activities. Previously, Atheia held the role of Training Coordinator at Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, Inc., where a tiered continuing legal education training program for attorneys was developed and assessed. At the Guardian Ad Litem Program, Atheia acted as Case Management Coordinator, advocating for the welfare of vulnerable youth and collaborating with local organizations for essential services. Earlier experience includes serving as a Court Liaison for The Salvation Army, facilitating communication between the court system and clients while managing documentation related to probation compliance.
