Tara Lucian

Tara Farfan is a Senior Project Manager specializing in Payment Transformation at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield since August 2022. Previously, Tara served as a Senior Program Associate at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI), where responsibilities included managing stakeholder engagement plans and strategies, focusing on intellectual and developmental disabilities.
