Marcy Ward

Marcy K. Ward joined Careington International Corporation as a provider recruiting specialist more than 18 years ago and serves as Senior Vice President of Accounting and Finance. Ms. Ward oversees the accounting and finance team, human resources and claims administration. Ms. Ward's background includes managing Careington's marketing, product development, implementation and compliance teams and helping to ensure Careington was one of the first companies to achieve the rigorous requirements of new state regulations and discount plan organization licensure in Florida. In 2009, Ms. Ward was instrumental in launching Careington's affiliate company, Munroe Sutton in the U.K. by establishing banking relationships, obtaining visas for employees and recruiting dentists for the company.
