Michael Pignatiello

Michael Pignatiello is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and marketing leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Care/of since November 2020, Pignatiello has also held the position of President at The Wilhelmina Group, a private investment firm, since July 2005. Prior to these roles, Pignatiello was with Bayer Healthcare from October 2014 to November 2020, where key responsibilities included Vice President for US Marketing and Head of External Manufacturing. Earlier career highlights include significant roles at Merck from 2001 to 2014, encompassing operations leadership and supply chain management. Pignatiello's career began at Sony as a Process Engineer. Pignatiello holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.
