Kevin Delury

Kevin DeLury is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in total rewards and compensation. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at CareSource since April 2023, Kevin previously held several significant roles at Invacare Corporation from October 2007 to April 2023, including Vice President of North America Human Resources and Executive Compensation, Sr. Director of Compensation and Benefits, and Interim Vice President of Human Resources. Earlier in the career, Kevin worked as Team Lead of Total Rewards at Medical Mutual and as a Consultant at Ernst & Young LLP. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Cleveland State University and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
