Randall Justice

Randall Justice serves as General Counsel at Certilytics since January 2017, overseeing all legal and compliance functions while participating in strategic planning as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Prior to this, Randall held the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Carewise Health since September 2003, where responsibilities included leading legal and compliance efforts and briefly managing Human Resources and Real Estate/Facilities. Earlier experience includes a role as Vice President, Legal and Associate General Counsel at SHPS/Carewise Health, providing legal counsel on contract interpretation, employment issues, and corporate governance. Randall began a legal career at Frost Brown Todd LLC from 1999 to 2003 as a Senior Associate, representing various clients in transactional and regulatory matters. Education includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Accounting from Georgetown College.
