Lauren Witherden

Lauren Witherden has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in learning and development, training, and management. Lauren started as a Restaurant Manager at Experience Hotels in 2008 and progressed to roles such as Centre Director and Assistant Director at Explore Learning. Lauren also worked as an HR Trainer at KidZania London and a Training and Engagement Manager at Restaurant Associates before becoming the Head of Learning and Development at Carey Group plc in 2019. Lauren has proven experience in managing teams, analyzing performance, and enhancing business operations through training and development initiatives.

Lauren Witherden graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) 1st Class Hons. in Geography from the University of St Andrews in 2011. Prior to that, they completed their A Levels in Business, Biology, and Geography at Sexey's School, Bruton from 2004 to 2006. Lauren also obtained additional certifications including a Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring from ILM in 2022 and an International PPA Practitioner (DISC) from Thomas International in 2019.
