Brian Guthrie is a Corporate Research Fellow with extensive experience in various food-related roles at companies such as Cargill, Kellogg Company, Firmenich, and Kraft General Foods. Brian holds a Ph.D. in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has expertise in developing technology strategies, flavor research, and new product development. Additionally, Brian co-founded a consumer testing company focused on small food companies.
