Davin Fraze

Davin Fraze has extensive experience in human resources and training within Cargill, starting as a College Talent Recruiting Manager and progressing to positions such as Human Resources Manager and Training Manager before assuming roles as Change Manager and Assistant General Manager since June 2005. Key responsibilities have included managing college recruitment and training programs for approximately 100 new hires annually, overseeing training processes for over 2,000 hourly employees, and enhancing employee experience through global HR solutions. Davin holds a Master’s degree in Agriculture Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Agriculture from Texas Tech University.
