Zarina Karimun

Zarina Karimun is an experienced human resources professional with over 19 years of expertise across significant organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Human Resources at Continental Tyre Malaysia Sdn Bhd since August 2012, Zarina specializes in strategic recruitment, manpower planning, talent programs, and employer branding. Prior to this role, Zarina held the position of Human Resources Manager at Sunway Shopping Malls from August 2007 to July 2012, managing various HR functions including recruitment, training and development, and employee relations. Zarina began the HR career as a Human Resources Executive at Nestle Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd, where responsibilities included recruitment and talent management from January 2004 to July 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources from University Teknologi Mara and a Bachelor's degree in Human Sciences from International Islamic University Malaysia.
