Lucien Frelin

Lucien Frelin is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in user-centered design and product development. Currently serving as a Senior User Experience Designer at CarGurus since October 2022, Lucien employs a data-informed approach to drive product design, conduct user research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Previously, Lucien led UX efforts at OperationsHERO and held senior roles at Trader Interactive, Dominion Enterprises, and Network Solutions, focusing on digital retailing, design system establishment, and UI solution management across various industries. Lucien's design journey began with foundational roles in graphic design, including significant contributions to web development while pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Old Dominion University. Additionally, Lucien completed a CORe program at Harvard Business School, enhancing skills in business analytics and financial accounting.
