Ismael Hernandez

Ismael Hernandez is an experienced EHS Manager currently overseeing operations in Mexico at Carhartt since November 2022. Previously, Ismael served as the Occupational Health, Ergonomics, and Industrial Hygiene Manager at Tupy from June 2021 to February 2023, and as Health and Safety Coordinator at Questum from April 2020 to October 2021. Prior to these roles, Ismael worked as an Occupational Healthcare and Safety Professional at John Deere from February 2012 to April 2020, managing the department in Saltillo. Ismael's career began at the Secretaría de Salud, where responsibilities included program activities and training for personnel from December 2009 to June 2014. Ismael holds two Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degrees in Occupational Health and Medicine from Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila, completed between 2000 and 2007.
