Sylviannette Soto Lopez

Sylviannette Soto Lopez has over 15 years of work experience. Sylviannette started their career at Caribe Hilton in 2005, where they progressively advanced to become Assistant Director of Human Resources. At Caribe Hilton, they managed and led the HR department, overseeing functions like recruiting, training, wage administration, compliance, and employee relations. Sylviannette also worked as an HR Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department and providing guidance on various HR processes. Prior to Caribe Hilton, Sylviannette held roles such as Engineering Administrator and Office Coordinator. Sylviannette also has experience as a Licensed Psychologist, specializing in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Additionally, they worked at Servicios Integrados de Psicología Mediación y Arbitraje (SIPMA), Inc., where they supervised the implementation of an Employee Assistance Program. Sylviannette also gained experience at Lilly del Caribe as an Inter American University Practicum Supervisor.

Sylviannette Soto Lopez's education history started in 1998 when they attended the Universidad de Puerto Rico, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences with a major in Psychology. Sylviannette completed their undergraduate studies in 2003.

Afterward, from 2005 to 2009, Sylviannette attended American Metropolitan Jobs, where they acquired a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology.

In terms of additional certifications, Sylviannette became a Licensed Psychologist in January 2010. Moreover, they obtained the certification of Mental Health First Aid USA Certified from the National Council for Behavioral Health in May 2020. Additionally, they completed the Regional Train the Trainer program for the Hilton Hotels & Resorts Brand in December 2018.
